Buxton and Luton Tai Chi Clubs
BUXTON:
The Buxton club is run by Robert Agar-Hutton and meets every Wednesday evening at the Church Centre in Bath Road Buxton from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. The fee per session is £10.00 or £35 per month (irrespective of whether it is a four or five week month).

For your first couple of sessions you should wear comfortable clothing and trainers or flat soled shoes. Thereafter we request that you wear a white t-shirt.

The curriculum includes the Eight Move Energy Tai Chi Form, the 24 move Peking style Tai Chi Form, The 18 move Chi Gung; partner work, push hands, and for more senior students, Tai Chi sword and Tai Chi Fan. There is also a wide variety of supplementary exercises.

To participate just come along, if you have any questions, call Robert on 05601 257 151.

LUTON:
The club is run by Steve Lyall and meets on a Wednesday evening at the Blenheim Crescent Baptist Church Hall, Blenheim Crescent, Luton. (Click HERE to open another window with a map of the club's location). The class is from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, and the fee per session is £5.00

You should wear comfortable clothing and trainers or flat soled shoes.

The primary style of Tai Chi taught at the club is the 24 move Peking style but this is supplemented by the Eight Energy Move Form and various other exercises including 'push hands' and Chi Gung.

The club is run by the members with Mr Steve Lyall taking the position of resident instructor. This format keeps the price of lessons down and means that the club from its profits funds such things as members insurance. Something that normally would cost extra.

To participate just come along, if you have any questions, call Steve on 01582 750 757.

BOTH CLUBS
Both Clubs have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and students are encouraged to participate at whatever level they are comfortable with. Several of the students at the Luton club are instructor level which means that help is never far away.

We are always delighted to welcome visitors who are new to Tai Chi and want to start or people who already have some previous experience and are just looking for a new 'home' where they can practice and develop their skills.
