Eight Move Energy Tai Chi Form
Instructors Programme

Robert Agar-Hutton of the High Mountain Tai Chi Association is offering a training course leading to accreditation via the association in this simple yet excellent Tai Chi form. The form can be used for exercise, for benefiting health, for energy work and for self defence. The training programme will cover all these aspects.

The course will comprise a series of four one-day training sessions which will take place at monthly intervals.
Each session will run from 10am to 4pm (with a half hour lunch break).

21st Jun 2008      1st session:      Learning the Eight Move Energy form.
19th Jul 2008      2nd session:      Breathing and posture in the Eight move form.
16th Aug 2008      3rd session:      Energy movement and visualisation in the form.
20th Sep 2008      4th session:      Martial applications of the form.

The fee will be £25 per session if a session is missed then accreditation can still be achieved by attendance at a future equivalent session. Individual personal or group practice will be essential between sessions in order to achieve a suitable skill level so as to be awarded certification.

Note that whilst a certificated instructor may choose to only teach the form for exercise and health benefits there is still a need for them to learn the Martial applications as these help teach correct bio-mechanics and methods of issuing energy which are required for the form.

The course will be limited to SIX attendees and will take place at our private purpose built training facility in Buxton.

Pre-booking (for each session) is essential and Robert Agar-Hutton should be contacted on 05601 257 152.
